Here are some clips from a typical intense training fitness session in the gym for Richard, particularly working on intense cardio, fat loss, strength training, core workouts and conditioning building up ready for marathon training comeback which begins in January 2018. This is due to be Richard's last full marathon Season before a planned retirement from the marathon. The London Marathon 2018 will be his 8th Marathon and 6th Good For Age Marathon and his 6th London Marathon. Below is a video of Richard just before turning 33 years old, working on foot speed.
